Tubers vary naturally in shape and size - some are long and slender, others fat and round - and minor surface shrivelling can occur during storage but it does not affect viability. Every tuber we send is one we'd be proud to grow ourselves. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days with supporting photgraphs. After this window, we are unable to accept responsibility for issues related to storage, planting conditions, weather, pests or plant performance.
